Go up hill from ferry terminal.  Take first left on Main Street until you see "McDonalds".  Take that right.  Follow signs to Rt. 103 - Barrington Drive is approximately 40 minutes on Rt. 103.  Take exit 29 and go about 300 yards.  Take a left on Old Post Road (dirt road).  Go about 200 yards to a stop sign and take a left.

Go down a winding road.  You will pass "Coffinscroft".  Keep Going!  Then you will pass the "Villagedale" sign.  Pass "Sand Hills Beach Park" entrance on your right.  Take your next right (3/10  of a mile) on a gravel road.  There will be a house on the right and a road you can take to the left but go straight ahead down a dirt road.  You'll see "Sand Hills Beach Properties" and "Private Road" sign.  Follow that dirt road down to the water, always bearing to the left.  Look for the house that looks like a "house boat"  with a wrap around deck and round windows. 

Take your shoes and watch off, relax and wait for the beautiful Sunset.
