What
Kinds of items does Twice As Nice accept?
Twice
As Nice currently accepts NEW and LIKE NEW, BRAND NAME women's
clothing (sizes 0-3X), maternity clothing, formal wear,
furs, designer hand-bags, shoes, hats and jewelry (all women's
accessories). All items must be in perfect
condition.

When can I bring
them in?
Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm,
Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
No appointment necessary.
Starting
August 1, Fall and winter including holiday wear, outerwear
and furs
Starting
February 1, Spring and summer women's clothing

How should I
prepare the things I'm bringing in?
You
may bring up to 25 items per visit. We recommend that you
carefully review in good light each item you plan to consign.
All items must be in perfect condition, clean,
in season, in style and must come in ready to sell.
Clothing should be brand name only and be on hangers or
folded neatly in shopping bags or boxes.

How long will you try to sell my things and how do the mark
downs work?
The
consignment period lasts a total of 60 days, although we
let formal wear and furs stay for a total of 6 months.
Halfway
through the consignment period, clothing is reduced by 25%.
At
the end of the consignment period, casual clothing and accessories
become the property of Twice As Nice, and we donate unsold
clothing to local shelters in need. The unsold formal wear
can be retrieved, but you must pick them up no later than
a week after your consignment period is up. It is your responsibility
to know what the date is.

The important question! How much money will I make and how
do I get paid?
We
hope to put as much money back in your pocket as we can.
Remember, it is in our best interest to price items for
maximum return. Keep in mind we also need to pay close attention
to market factors. We don't want your items to go unsold
due to unrealistic pricing, but we welcome your input.
Consigners
receive 50% of the selling price on all clothing and accessories.
We
do not automatically mail out payments or call regarding
your account. You can check the status of your account any
time and request payment after your consignment period is
up by calling 781-829-4403 during store hours. We need a
"reminder".
